Mr Ramakgala Morgan Mofokeng believes that Information Technology is at the heart of the development and growth of our communities. He also believes that if young people make use of the opportunities availed by Information and Communication Technology, they would become the ideal globally informed citizens who will be instrumental in driving change in their communities as well as claiming their title of being the future leaders of the world.

Ramakgala has worked for leading IT companies such as Pinnancle, and CMLAN IT Solution. He now owns and manages Unqeto IT Solutions which aims to fully equip businesses, and government owned entities across South Africa with state of the art IT services. Ramakgala believes that young people should use their leadership capacity at this very moment and not wait for the future, and that leadership is effective and good if it has servant hood and transformation. He has indicated this through various leadership capacities such as being the Deputy President of the Students Representative Council at PC Training and Business College where he was instrumental in sparking an awakening that led to students fighting for the elimination of examination supplementary fees which students had to pay for before writing exams therefore eliminating the situation of education being treated like a commodity and to be treated as a fundamental human right.
